How to disengage a circlip

I have a problem about taking out a circlip :
When i squeeze the circlip, its internal edges hits the internal edge of the part so i can't disengage the external edge of the clip…! i have 2 examples below:

I also can't lift anyway the clip before tighten the circlip plier.
I am sure someone has the trick ...

PS : it's not a E type part.... nobody is perfect

Hi Yves......possibly you dont remove the circlip.....maybee open it up and then press out the center part its holding in place......hope that makes sense...Steve

Hi Steve , i have already tried to do what you say……! no way !
May be my pressure was not strong enough.
I'll try again with some help

You need to work out if the cenrer part presses in or pulls out

In one of the pic i can't pull out, it's closed behind… it's a shaft at one end with splines and a bearing at the other side with the circlip

i have only some short technic pictures with the numbered parts , but not a "how doing this" book !

i have hit the center part and it seems to be soft so may be i'll press the center and disengage the circlip…
now i must find the press to …. or be clever with my home Tools…!

If the external grove for the circlip (in either case) is a close fit on the clip (depth, not diameter), then the clip could not have been inserted with the centre part in contact with the clip. In either case, the centre part restricting the compression of the circlip must have been relatively lower when the clip was fitted. This is particularly clear for the second part.
