#1 Advice on soft top frame

Hello,
I'm new to the forum. I would appreciate if someone could advise me which generation of E-type the below soft top frame belongs to? My dad was sold this for a V12 series 3,but his not sure if it is the correct assembly for that model. Can anyone tell from the picture alone if it is for a Mk1/2/3?
