#1 Throttle pedal mount missing
I’ve done a daft thing
. Can someone advise or send a pic of the throttle pedal mount in the floor? I’ve changed the full floors in my 63 car and totally forgot about this. It’s all now painted and lovely, but nowhere to mount the pedal... floor was removed a long while ago and I have no idea what was there, I assume it’s a pair of 1/4” unf captives in the floor? Thanks. Chris.

Yes, two captive nuts. I can't remember if they are 1/4UNF, but I think they were.
One of the captive nuts is inside the chassis rail and the other is just under the floor.
I have a posted some photos; one of the original floor from underneath with the chassis rail removed, the others are of my restored floor; you will need to blow them up to see the area:

I hope this helps,
Paul

Perfect! Thanks Paul, I’ll turn up some threaded top hat type bush’s and tig them in. Must remember to pay a little more attention next time. Cheers. Chris.
