#1 Spinners

Post by adam » Mon May 10, 2010 6:52 pm

Hiya All,

Bought some new Spinners and Sarto's Spinner Tool, fitted them, but the threads bottomed out on the hubs!!!

Spoke to the supplier of the Spinners and they had never heard of this problem, so I measured the old and new Spinners and;

Old - Thread length available - 30.06mm
New - Thread length available - 26.95mm

Anyone heard of this? Can anyone help?

I want my shinny new Spinners on!!

Cheers,
Adam

Adam, every time I've had a problem with reproduction rubbish the supplier always says the same thing...we've never had that problem before!

Send them back and get your money back and go somewhere else. Both Barratts and Hutsons are usually pretty reliable.

Thanks Mark.

Know what you mean with the suppliers!
Nothing ever arrives ready to fit and perfect!

Would like to know what the correct thread length should be so atleast I have something to reference from?

Cheers,
Adam
