#1 cylinder head torque Pattern e type 4.2

Hi, did a search and couldn't find an answer. Can anybody tell me the cylinder head torque Pattern on an e type 4.2 series, using its current studs as in not new? thanks

Hi,

Knowledge base + technical information + S1 3.8 service manual + Page B27 for the torque and B26 for the way to do.

Same torque 3.8L and 4.2L

I use a sharpie felt tip and number the tops of the dome head nuts and then rub it off. At my age you get easily muddled up. :lol:

Note that torque changed in a service bulletin in later cars from 54 to 50ft/lb
