#1 Best front frame for racing

Post by CherieOlsen » Wed Mar 31, 2021 9:01 am

Hello all,

I'm helping a friend to improve the performance of his old racing e-type (prepared in the early 90s!).
(3.8 fhc from 1963)

I wish your opinion about the best engine frame on the market.

I know about some product but I think they are made mainly for street use.

Are out there some product especially made for racing with the best materials and the best performance?

Thank you in advance for your precious help.

I am probably just very uninformed about online scams but what is the advantage to the poster of this type of question?

Third world pocket industrial sellers often make stuff for our cars.

I had a conversation with a guy in Vietnam a few years ago who was selling complete stainless steel bumper sets for S1 cars. They looked very well made and were well priced. In the end I didn't buy them but he seemed legit.

These guys may be looking to see if there's a market for engine frames. Given the cost of them, there might well be.
