#1 S1 wiper motor

Hi yes I know the price being asked for an outright sale . But where should I go. Maybe go with a later round bodied one . It looks like about £400 the proper one.

What answer do you want....if you want the correct part then you have to pay the going price......thought your doing this for a customer...so its their call. ...Steve

Your cheapest route (and it would still look OK ) is a Rover SD1/ Dolomite sprint motor which is the same as S2 E-type and if you are patient you can buy for less than £50 . The gear inside will park the motor in the wrong place so you will need to modify it - or fit one of Barratts (£40 I believe) . The wiring will need to be changed - but thats not difficult.
