#1 Coolant leak

Post by cdnp62000 » Sat Jul 24, 2021 7:21 pm

Appointment in a couple of days for service at mechanic 1:15 min away. No water in oil, oil pressure is good. Im assuming the head gasket is on its way out. Im not sure how long its been seeping for. All head bolts were checked and at proper torque. Is this safe to drive to the mechanics or should I be arranging transport?

I'd try some sort of coolant stop leak.

As to driving it 75 minutes, that's anyone's guess.
