Hi. In what order should the bonnet be fitted . The pivot with the nylon bush first then the brackets or fit the bracket to either the bonnet or frame .

I fit the hinge brackets first, then fit the pivot bushing and bolt at each side. As you have removed the hinge brackets, hopefully you noted the amount and location of shims for each. If this is a new build, then you will likely need to add shims to the top and/or front of each bracket to get the bonnet suitably aligned with cowl and sills.

Once you have the bonnet hinges shimmed for proper fit, don't need remove them again to remove the bonnet. Just remove the pivot bolt and sleeve and you won't lose your bonnet alignment.
