#1 spark plug equivalent

Post by MarkRado » Wed Aug 11, 2021 11:47 am

Hi all,

I was just checking a cross reference table Champion - NGK. For the 3.8 's Champion N5 the table gives as equivalent NGK B 6 ES. I currently use a BP 6 ES, which has a longer protruding centre electrode (code P), so is quite different. What does that do to the engine and the combustion? Any experience?

Thank you,
Mark
