#1 Accelerator peddle and throttle lever

Can you buy the half bush inserts pressed into the Accelerator peddle and the throttle lever. I have about 2” of play before the slack is taken up. Or can you build them up again with a bit of welding.

Tony : what are the inserts made of, and how are they retained within the pedal and link ? I was wondering whether I could turn you a pair up on the lathe, or as you say, reinstate the worn area with weld?

Hi Christopher,

The inserts are some sort of metal but I think they are welded in. Thinking building them would be the best option and file down the shoulders to fit better.
