Hi can anyone tell me what the squarish dense foam that came with the car is for . There are about six pieces about 25mm square .

Thread them on a string and paint black dots on them....hang them from the rear view mirror....period accessory :shrug:

Could they be packings between the bonnet and the inlet air ducts to stop drumming? :scratchheadyellow:
