Air cleaner to plenum sealing strip - suggestions?

The self adhesive strip between my triangular air intake duct C17533 and the 3-trumpet intake C25266 has disintegrated. I got it from SNGB a few years back and maybe one should not expect more than a few years life from a bit of foam rubber.... but they are out of stock anyway. Does anyone have a recommendation of a good quality durable replacement?

Jeremy : the best suggestion I can offer is to make your own - this sort of thing is usually available in various sizes and sections from craft , haberdashery or model shops
