#1 S2 OTS Transmission Tunnel

Hi All
On my S2 OTS, on the old panels that we have taken out around the transmission tunnel and the area where it joins the crossmember was seam welded. Was this how it would have been originally or just spot welded? Not sure if it was a repair from a PO.
