The boot on my Series 1.5 OTS fit perfectly before I added the seal.
Now the front edge of the boot is much higher than the body.
Does anyone know if I need to remove the shims that go under the arm where the springs are located?
Or do I need to add shims?
Thanks,
David

#2 Re: Boot Adjustment
Adding shims should lower the front edge. But your issue may be you have a boot seal with incorrect shape or incorrect hardness. Is there any substantial difference between your old an new seals?
