Far too narrow for an E type. The correct size is 185 R 15 which is an 80 ( or sometimes 82) per cent profile

Ok Thankyou. What make/spec would be recommended?

It rather depends on budget. I have used Vredestein 185 HR 15 on my E types, but tell your insurers because this is a performance grade down from the 185 VR 15 which are the recommended spec. Blockley is another alternative, but more expensive recommendations are usually Pirelli or Michelin

Hi James....there is a huge amount of info on the forum re tyres......have a look here..should cover most options...there isnt much choice available but a Christopger said above 185r15 is the size to go with. ....what wire wheels fo you have.....tubeless?.....if not then you will need tubes and check compatability with tube and tyre...Steve

I have Vreds, you can get the correct V rating now in their sprint classic range.
