#1 Fuel Sump

Evening Guys
I have a new sump to fit to my newly installed tank (central bracket is a terrible design compared to the original bit I won’t go there now!).
I have the standard rubber seal and I have read lots of threads on here but there doesn’t seem to be a definitive answer. Does anyone have any words of wisdom? My plan is to use the rubber seal and a little PTFE on the sump threads and not overtighten the sump, then test with a partially full tank, but I would be grateful for advice as always.
Cheers, Colin.
