Okay everyone, here is what all have been waiting for.
This post will be the most important since the actual tear down.
My Thoughts.
1. This job can be done.
2. Its almost a NON DIY Job.
3. There will be a bit of massaging to bring it complete.
Lets review for future Etype members who would like to try this.
1. I used a palet jack, 4 post lift , a floor jack and 2 people to reinstall.
2. Thanks to other posters, I REMOVED THE WATER PUMP, THREADS, BREATHER PIPE and all to make the angle work.
You need EVERY 8TH of an inch to make it go.
Once in there is a little breathing space.
We jacked up the tail so high because the DAMN torsion bar ears hit the bell housing!
Why ? Because the box is a good 4 to 6 inches longer.
With the tilt AND THE NOTCH OUT ON THE CROSSMEMBER , You can slowly ease the unit in and bypass the torsion bar ears.
Once the transmission clears I was able to lower the car as if was the factory set up and all was ok.
REMEMBER .......
You have to massage the E BRAKE support bracket !
You have to NOTCH THE CROSS MEMBER.
You have to take the clip bracket out of the way for exhaust shield, its a waste anyway.
The TOP COVER WILL HAVE TO BE MASSAGED.
The prop shaft bolts are tight to get to but can be done.
I LOVE THE TAIL AND MOUNTS WITH THE NEW BRACKET IT IS SOLID AS A ROCK!
Pictures to follow , please if anyone needs help PM your number, there's a lot going on
The quality is great.......The fiddling is okay.....Im getting old.

Well done Joey and thanks for the list of useful and beneficial tips, I think that is the reason I let the 'Guy Broad' outfit do the job as they did so many they can do it with their eyes closed
Looking forward to see more photos especially of the under side view and then I can get mine on the lift and compare your handy work to their installation, I will gladly post those for your conclusions. Although I have the the general mechanical knowledge I certainly lack the courage to undertake bigger jobs on motor vehicles....I understand the fifth gear is equivalent to the standard over drive at a final ratio of 0.73 which gives about 25% reduction in RPM over Moss box forth gear.

I knew I would start losing the group when it got this complicated , but at 300 views a day KEEP WATCHING!
Im going to button up small things like the oil filter housing until "THE TORCH " stops by next week.
We need a trap or something for better access to the tail prop bolts. Also the lid has to be massaged.
So we are closing in as the weather gets cooler.
As the car lowered down off the lift I forgot the SPECIAL sticker Michael Quinn had given me years ago from the Queens Jaguar repair and sales specialist for close to 90 years.
She is ALL AROUND US!
More to come guys, follow along

We have choices this week hopefully...
1. Massage the tunnel cover.
2.Make a spacer piece between the tunnel and the cover.
Or make something completely different.
Using the original console was never my favorite.
So lets see, make sure you guys take you acid relief pills before the next thread, I dont like having zero access to the prop shaft bolts , so we might try a peekaboo as well for easy access.
Drill baby drill.....
Ahhh once done I will put a cool 10,000 miles just to make sure everything is alright.
ANY SUGGESTIONS TO THE CENTER COVER ?
This partwas left out of the GUY BROAD, CJ CLASSIC instructions

Wow. That's a huge miss on the part Mssr. Broad and Company to not reveal that issue. That would definitely be a game changer for many.
Looks like the issue is the rear of the small 'tower' around the shifter?
There are some fiberglass covers out there, not sure if they were factory or aftermarket, but easier to modify, IMO. Then perhaps you go carpet only (from the radio housing rearward) vs console a la DB4/5 Aston Martin? It would be a shame to modify the factory console.

It is certainly worth making one more call to Guy Broad before moving forward on this part.
