Has anyone used the Wilwood master cylinder for the clutch in a Series 3? Part #260-6089 is what I have found others have used but it was on earlier cars.
I assume the spacer C31725 and pushrod 12276 would need to be used as well.
Appreciate any advice or experience.
I posted this as well on JL but didn’t get any replies.
Thanks.

Hi Rob.....basically i dont know.....but if i use aftermarket parts i get all the dimensions thread sizes and if possible ask the tech support of the supplier if its a compatable fitting.....when it arrives i then compare carefully what i have to the one im replaceing........Steve.....ps you only posted a day ago on JL....if no answers in a few days then bump it up.....but the S3 audience is much smaller than the S1/S2..on there and here.....Steve.....ps re the spacer and pushrod.....if the willwood is identical then yes....if its different then your call

Thanks. I’m converting auto to manual as part of the restoration so I have nothing to compare it to unfortunately.

You may have seen my thread on using the Wilwood cylinder. I have no knowledge of series 3 but on looking at the SNG parts listing it seems that they list the identical master cylinder for most models including S3
Series 1 FHC purchased 50 years ago. Courted my wife in it.

Thanks Tim - yes I did see your thread. I also saw that they list the same one but just wanted to see if there was any experience out there. I’ll probably give it a go and report back.
