Wiring diagram for boot/trunk harness

I changing my whole interior and have removed the old felt sound damper for some new sound deadening material, when I noticed that the original harness has been modified and is surrounded with plastic electric tape I’m now trying clean it up but need a wiring diagram for this harness/loom.

So I’m searching for a wiring diagram where I can see what’s included in the boot/trunk wire harness.
I already have a correct wiring diagram but it doesn’t show what cords is in the specific harness.
Does anyone have something I can use?
