Folks, my basket case 1967 xke came without "trap valve body" a tiny little part on the master cylinder,
is it needed? guess I will have to buy a used master just because i am missing this very small little part, anyone have a spare??

It's the Trap Valve and it is a necessary part. Its unlikely anyone will have a spare unless from a Slave Cylinder that is being broken up for spares.
In some of the After Market replacement Slave Cylinder assemblies, the Trap Valve is totally useless, consisting of a small, perforated disc and a rubber boot.
Having the part 3D printed would be a solution, but for a one off, it may be cheaper to buy a good replacement Slave Cylinder.
