Hi guys.. wonder if any one can shed some light in an issue I am having with a trigger wheel from webcon.
The issue is that once set up the sensor sits forwards of the trigger wheel by some 10mm, I’ve checked and double checked but to no avail.. the car is a S2 e type.
Any help gratefully received.👍

It appears you have enough stud length to fit some spacers behind the trigger wheel which should get you close enough to the sensor.

Or just cut the sensor mount down by 10mm.

Thanks guys.. you can’t put spacers behind it as the mounting hub centralises the trigger wheel via a lip in the centre, if you move it fwd you will loose this, but yes cut the mount down by 10mm is all you can do, but you’d of thought it was made absolutely to fit? I fancied I had done something wrong ??

Aftermarket stuff, especially small volume production, sometimes needs modification.

Tooth to sensor gaps are typically about 0.6 to 0.8mm. You can either mount the wheel closer to the sensor or the sensor closer to the wheel.

kind regards

Maybe the sensor bracket is the wrong way round....
