Hi just fitting carpet and I have noticed two holes on both driver and passenger just in front of the crossmember and seat. Are they intended for carpet fasteners ?

Holes in floor
#2 Re: Holes in floor
Yes - they are two part with plastic sockets pushed into the floor and plastic plugs pushed through holes in the carpet to retain them. Good in principle but the repro sockets, which should have a retaining collar moulded in, generally do not so pop out. Try keeping them in place with glue of some sort otherwise water may sodden your carpets.

Also under the seats are more holes about 6 small and one about 22mm.
There are more hols in the footwell/bulkhead area . Some I presume are for carpet fixings what are the others for any idea . Thanks

Hi Bryan...there a typlcally quite a few redundant holes in the floor....not sure of their purpose. ...drain holes?....typically sealed with a flat metal plate with spring clips on the sides....as in this link viewtopic.php?f=3&t=13804&p=112371&hili ... or#p112371
