#1 Dash top mounting

How do you mount it. The two outside are easy but how do you get to the four others ?
My 62 OTS has the two on either side in front of the dash face and 2 underneath inside the fold down instrument panel.
I haven't had my dash off for a few years but those are the only ones I have fastened I think.
Where are the other 2 you reference?
