What is the recomended camber angel ? I am running 225/60 tyres. The goal is a fast road settup

William, please tell us which series car you have. It will make a big difference. However, whichever you have I can’t see any data for your tyres as they are totally non standard for the E Type so there will be no data in Jaguar’s manuals for them.
Your only hope is that someone who has such tyres can tell you what they have used.
It might be sensible to set up as per the manual for your series, then try out and adjust as you drive.

I have a 1969 seris 2 , and now there is ca 0,5 degrese positive camber. That sems wrong i my mind comared to my other cars that all have bertween 1 an 3 degres negativ csmber ( mgb, caterham , alfa gtv6)

Have you searched on here for “camber”? That will help see what has been discussed before. Also look for your tyre size “225/60” as that may bring up helpful results. What have you modified on your car to accept this size tyre and which wheel size do you have? All information to help the wise give you answers.
Recent discussions regarding camber, castor, etc. have suggested going away from the old settings Jaguar required as they were originally for cross ply tyres. As your tyres are closer to the S3 size, why not try those to start with.

Hi William..you are very limited for negative camber without modifications....you want a fast road car...but what about handling.....your wide low tyres will be ok on a straight road but not so nice on the twisty roads...basically you need to trial and error....you won't find many road going E types on 225,s....Steve

You can shave the upper wishbone mounts....or fit the adjustable upper wishbone available from...SNGB ...Steve
