#1 Series 1 FHC 1966

I have a 1966 FHC and the previous owner had the engine modified by VSE in Wales.
Regretfully the company has ceased trading ,owing to the retirement of engineering staff I understand, and I would like to know what a VSE 02 tune means in terms specification/data?
Any info would be appreciated.
