#1 su electronic fuel pump repairer

Hi does anybody know who will repair an SU AZX1308 fuel pump. It makes the ticking noise but no output. I have stripped it down and the diaphragms are ok. SU themselves do not repair them.
It was a new pump but not used for 18 months.
