Interesting pictures, although their 5 speed offering is a Toyota Supra box. I have one in my Mk2. Sure, it's got 5 gears but it's not a particularly nice box.

The T5 box in my roadster on the other hand is quite nice.

Yes, interesting. I'm one of those often looking for 5th gear, particularly as I also drive a 5 speed MX-5. I had seen this and thought of the Supra box bit would not go without trying one.

Unfortunately, as far as I'm aware, the T5 is unobtainium material

My T5 came via Elite about 5 years ago and it has been excellent.

Although it can feel a bit ‘agricultural’ when cold but once warmed up it is far better than the Getrag it replaced.
