#1 Radius arm cups

Post by Fspp369 » Mon Sep 15, 2025 3:36 pm

Sorry everyone,I’m fitting a new floor at the rear of the car……and I have looked hard into this detail on postings but not found a reply.
Can anyone tell me in mm the distance from the centre of the bolt in the radius arm cup to the outer surface of the bulkhead and also the distance to the centreline of the body on a series3 (1974)
I know it’s a bit of an old chestnut but I’m only going to get the chance to do it once.

The cup will be fixed with a Huckbolts using the proper staging tool that I purchased from Tucker Fasteners many years ago to do my military Land Rover.
This tool could also be available for hire.to club members if they need one…exact details yet to be sorted.! :thankyouyellow: :drinkingcheers:

Hi Peter, I have the rear subframe off my V12 2 plus 2 and could run the tape measure over the radius cup mountings on the coming Saturday if that is any help. My car is original and not had any work on the bodywork. I would expect the dimensions to be shown in the Jaguar V12 workshop manual, do you have a copy? regards John.
