What temp do the fans cut in at on a V12?
My Temp gauge indicates the middle of gauge when running normally in average temperatures but when hot day or running in heavy traffic the temp gauge goes up to the "L" of normal before the fans kick in. It then takes takes some time for the temp to come down. Is this normal? Could I have a defective gauge or otter switch? What actual temperature should the water be at? Where can I measure it with a laser temp reader to ascertain if the engine is running too hot or not?
