#1 Shock Absorber Bushes

Post by SESH » Sun Jan 15, 2012 8:02 pm

The Top Bushes on my Series 111 Front Shocks have seen better days and on one side the rubber bush has almost pushed to oneside allowing metal on metal from the top of the shock to its securing position. The shocks are Koni, does anyone know where you can buy top and bottom rubber bushes for Koni shocks.
Thanks
Mike

Thanks Pete, I suppose I should have expected that !! :)

I wll give a call to the normal suspects, but just wondered if you can get these bushes easily without having to buy the whole damper !!

Cheers
Mike

Dear Mike,
When I needed to replace mine, I called the Koni Service Centre in the UK and they quoted me ?40 per bush. Given that I needed top and bottom bushes, I decided it was cheaper to make my own. They can be seen on the JL site.
kind regards
Marek
