Twin outlet Engine breather

Any of you guys a have a solution to getting nice neat pipes that can run to my tank from here?

Lee,you could try Pirtek they might have a neat combo of braided pipe and end fittings that wont leak rather than the regular aluminium flue pipe--where did you get the outlet from?
