Help does anyone have a guide on how to replace the door lock barrels on a series 3. I have taken it apart and can't get it back together again

Im sure you already know this, but don't forget they're not 'handed' ie. one will look upside down. My brother wasted a whole day trying to figure out how to get a lock back together the 'wrong way up' before he discovered this is how they were from new.

Thanks, I did the same thing I thought they would be handed. But the real issue was that the barrel was sitting about 1mm too high in the lock and would n't turn properly. I tried the other barrel and it worked straight away. I spent al whole day figuring it out. I can now strip them down in about 10 mins. Practice makes perfect I suppose.

Hi I don't believe the barrels are different for the left and right hand. Although I had the same issue as you with mine that the right hand one did n't fit because it was slightly too big to sit in the lock properly so I fitted back the old one without a problem. There is a hole and semi circle indentation on the bottom that needs to line up to make them work.

Not sure if this is much help
