Hi,
Please can anyone advise what gauge of stainless lock wire I need to use for the lockwire bolts on the IRS (brake mounts, diff carriers, cage, etc) ?
Many thanks,
Neil

Off the top of my head, I believe .040" annealed locking wire is used on the differential mounting bolts, and .032" will work on the calipers. Eight to ten turns per inch will work with both wire sizes.

I used .040" which is 1mm and I think it's 18 gauge.
