Hello everybody.

My car has a limited slip differential and I have to top up the rear axle after a leak/imput seal repair. I already have the oil (Duckham's EP90).

I'd like to know the mixing proportion between the LSD additive sold by Jaguar and the rear axle oil.

It seems that a bottle of additive which is around 100 ml would be enough for the 1.54 litre capacity of the rear axle. Is it right?

You add the entire bottle or at least I did! I gave up messing about and simply bought gear oil suitable for LSD diffs - cheaper and less messier. http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-970-limited-slip-diff.aspx

I use the appropriate Red Line oil in the gearbox and the axle. Same on my Miata. No further additives or messing around required.

Just glad I don't pay anything like what these jokers are asking for it. :o
