Clutch Bearing / Clutch Release

Hello
I have a problem with my clutch bearing or clutch release on my E-Type 4.2 FHC.
Since the restoration of the car I have traveled 10,000 km and 3000 km since I had a noise when I disengage. The noise was not regular.

To understand the problem I removed the engine.
Conclusion: the clutch bearing is destroyed.
The clutch and the released were new. The brand is QH.

My question is:
What is the right brand of clutch relesease to buy
Where to buy (SNG BARRATT, DAVID MANNERS, SC PARTS, XKs UNLIMITED, BRITISH PART UK etc?.).
Your advice on mounting the carbon release clutch

What was the pattern of destruction? Do you have a photograph? These parts are effectively indestructible for long mileages if fitted and used correctly and the brand you used was as good as original.

I have not seem damage /wear of that type before. Looking at the pictures, I wonder about 2 possibilities :

i.Are the splines on the first motion shaft worn ? there appears to be a definite step in the splines which could have allowed the shaft to wobble within the clutch cover, particularly if the crankshaft bush was worn/incorrect/missing

ii.Is the clutch slave cylinder maladjusted so that the release bearing has been held in contact permanently with the clutch cover? This seems to me to be the most likely possibility

I'm agrea with option 2.

Is that the problem comes from the slave cylinder or the master cylinder does not properly relaxes the pressure?

I'm going to change the Spring on the slave cylinder. I have the small cylinder (80 mm). And I must check the master cylinder.
