Series 1 E Type Replacement manual gear box fitting

I have acquired a standard ratio all synchro 4 speed Jag gearbox to replace the existing Moss box. The box fits perfect onto the existing bell housing but it it appears I need to modify the mounting arrangements. Anyone have tips or maybe has done this before? I'm sure further info might be required to answer this question Thanks
