I have what appears to be a new ( old stock ) smiths time clock in mint condition. It is the early one with the mercury battery carrier on the back , also it has the conventional connections like the later smiths time clock . I know it may not work , but I would like to know exactly how it is wired ( in the wiring diagram it shows it as an isolated unit ) . I have a series 2 that I am restoring at the moment with the late smiths clock that works perfectly and this gives me hope that the earlier one would too . I just need to know how it is wired . I have googled this but can find very little information .

Google Mike Eck in New Jersey - he's the expert on jaguar clocks. I think there's a link to him on the CoolCat Corp website if you find nothing else.

Thanks Pete and Dave but I have already tried the links from cool cats which is Jaguarclocks and there is no joy from them . The clock I am referring to was fitted to early series 2 up to about 1969 . I think I need a more detailed info .
