#1 E-type Mystery (race) Cams

Post by Andreas » Mon Feb 24, 2014 3:03 pm

Hi guys,

I have this set of mystery cams for XK-engine that I really don't know anything about. They have the following markings: SPL 302 # 3327 & # 3325 and R IN F5450, EX R F5450 If you have ANY idea what these of these cams could be, please let me know!

Too see photos of the cams please go to:

Best I can offer are these documents from the Forum KB:
VSE Camshaft specs (standard, fast road, race etc): http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8496016/cams.jpg
Piper Camshaft specs: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8496016/pipercams.jpg

Don't know if you can make anything from looking at the numbers and data. Worth a try though.

If you take them to any competent cam grinder they will easily be able to give you the lift and duration measurements.
