I want to fit a set of sun visors I recently brought but I am uncertain of how the door post brackets mount (in-front or behind the chrome capping)? If anyone has a photo that thy could post I would be grateful.
Just out of interest I had a new clutch fitted as part of some work done by a company in Goathurst nr Brigewater (don't use them them what ever you do) the old one was fine but as the engine was out anyway I thought it a good idea. When the car was returned intermittently the clutch made the most horrible grinding noise with the pedal pressed down. A second new clutch later & the culprit was found, it was the spigot bushing, damaged I suspect by the Goathurst guys. So if you have this symptom the noise isn't the thrust bearing as this is carbon but it could be the spigot bushing, if changing your clutch change the bush is so cheap to buy but so expensive to change later !!!!
