Exhaust Heat Sheilds

Hi

Can anyone tell me where the exhaust heat sheilds (front and rear) fit on a series 1? Does anyone have them fitted presently?
I note they can be purchased from SNG/SC however I haven't managed to find pictures of where and how they exactly fit.

The large one goes above the two main expansion boxes, just at the base of the transmission tunnel

There are actually two heat shields under the car. One resides above the main silencers and the other over the downpipes as they pass under the car. I may have the date wrong, but I believe another shield was added for the brake servo's benefit when the 2+2 was introduced.

Secondly trying to find pictures/details of how theses sheilds are fitted. I note holes in the rear shield that goes between the floor and 2 boxes however cannot see any attachments for these on the car. I guess I will have to make some up due to the fact my floor is not original!

As an aside Dave Kerr can also supply the water pump to bulkhead pipe in stainless, the 4.2 top ?S? bend pipe and the 3 off heater pipes in the bulkhead (although he make take some convincing to do the latter as they take a long time to get right ). Have made contact with Dave Kerr and for info. both series 1 forward and rear heat sheilds from him are about ?50 total which is cheaper than other suppliers. I believe he is planning to be at Stoneleigh again this year, 29th March.
