Stealing a picture found in the restoration forum, ask the same question there but got no reply so I tought using the technical forum will give an answer.

Short description
I have a series 2 with what I belive is std brakes.
I have now purchased a set of goodridge hoses and a AP racing front brake kit.
After hours of searching I have not yet found out what kind of threads there is on the OEM caliper.
AP racing is using m10x1mm threads which leads me to belive I need a sort of adapter or make new a new pipe from goodridge hose to the caliper.

Any ideas as to what kind of threads there is on the oem caliper for brake pipe? And the same question for the part attaching the hose in case I make a new pipe instead.

I purchased and made up new pipe for the rear brake and there I used 3/8" X 24 UNF fittings. Is it the same for the front?
