I am just rebuilding an IRS from a LHD car going to RHD. Given the different location of the pedal box and servo/master cylinder, do I need to move the T piece on the IRS to the opposite side to enable to brake pipe to run down the RH chassis leg? I cannot recall what its routing was when I stripped the car. Also, is it easier to build the handbrake assembly onto the callipers before putting in the diff or afterwards? Now I have done that before a couple of years ago but cannot for the life of me recall which way around I did it. I suspect it may need to be fitted after the diff is in?

Yes. Tee piece follows the side of the servo. Fuel line and brake pipe clip is combined.

thank you for that. Seems obvious but worth asking. Any thoughts on the handbrake? Not sure the manual makes that clear.

No change as handbrake doesnt move for lh or rh. Come on Andrew, keep up at the back!

Hi Andrew.....assemble the brakes and handbrake mechanism onto the diff...then fit it in the cage, then fit the actuator ......
