Being a long wheelbase car with a different rear bulkhead and tunnel, it is possible to undo the front flange bolts through the special LWB tunnel hatch from above. With the long narrow manual gearbox tail housing it is probably possible to droop the gearbox down by tilting the engine drastically and you might be able to slide the propshaft forwards. Ditto perhaps on an auto with wider tunnel? Dunno, never done it, and by the time you've detached enough parts to angle the engine that far you may as well remove it. Best to drop the IRS I think.
