I am restoring a 1968 S1,5 OTS. On the rear hubs there is a dished steel " dish" which I think acts as a water deflecter. When I pulled the wheel bearing off, this water deflecter came off. As far as I can see this seems to be pressed into a shallow groove in the hub.
I can push the dish back onto the hub but it is not solid, i.e the slightest pressure the it falls off again. Anyone have an idea how make a permanent.
