Hi what oil are you using in your T5 ? I know it's auto trans fluid from my cosie days but tqf or aqf ?any brands working better than others etc ? Cheers for any ideas .

Mobil One ATF or Royal Purple Synchromax. Do not use conventional 80w-90w gear oil.

I used Mobil ATF 320, 2 litres of the stuff. It seems to be the most widely recommended for this box.
