Air Duct Lower Panel Assembly fasteners??

I was wondering if those fasteners on the Air Duct Lower Panel are original.

The seem like some spring holders.
I had these mounted on my bonnet.

I have several early 3.8s, all have just the self tappers with ordinary washers, not the oval ones.
