Screw thread Bonnet connector
#1 Screw thread Bonnet connector
Here we go again! I am just finishing putting the bonnet headlights into my series 1 and the lighting connector block sits on 2 protruding studs, also on the other side for the connector block. Has anyone any idea what the studs are please? I have established they are not 4 or 6 BA, the latter being too small the former being to large. . One might arrive at 5 BA, but frankly I am not sure I have ever seen 5 BA. I have a good selection of miniature nuts bolts inherited from my Father who was a Model Engineer amongst rather larger stuff. But so far I have failed to find a nut to do the job. If anyone has any experience of what they are I would appreciate some help with this please. Many thanks in advance.

Thank you Mike but it’s smaller than that. It maybe a size down in UNF terms i suppose.

Very well could be 8-32.
I recall it was not a BA thread.
