Guys just went to change the exhaust manifolds on my 3.8 and found the smallest of drips behind the gasket covering the coreplug, its very small, are these core plugs troublesome to change and seal? or am i better off with a wipe of JB weld over it, had no idea of any leak until I dropped off the manifold
cheers

No amount of anything smeared on a core plug will solve your leak.
A can of Bar’sLeak might, and Jaguar used two in every new car at one point, people here will tell you.
Personally if I had this issue I would get the plug out, meticulously clean the seating area, and bang a new one in - an art in itself, have some spares to hand - with a bead of some gasket compound set in the rebate beforehand.
