I have found in my bookshelf the Spicer manual for the PowrLok LSD including the procedure for checking the function and torque values at the wheels associated with a good and correctly lubricated differential. You can do that at home. If you want it please send pm. If I'm told it's ok to post here I'll do that. They call it "chatter" or "bumping" when turning corners. They also state the neccesary procedure if the special lubricant is added later - it has to be flushed in, in a certain manner, to get to the right place.

It may be suitable for this Forum, but I'm not going to suggest to my wife that to reduce her chatter she should warm her rear end and perform at least ten figure of eight turns.

Ive taken on board Peter Crispin original advice and ordered some LSD additive (Red Line) and will see if that works. As for the ten figures of eight, I just cant wait yahooooo!
